Excelente propiedad. La alberca espectacular. Nos recibieron con excelente amabilidad. Lo único que tengo que decir es que la parte de housekeeping estuvo poco satisfactoria. No hubo cambio diario de toallas. Las camas se hicieron pero con las mismas sábanas todavía con la arena de mar del día anterior. La mini cocina se limpió a medias. Vasos con tazas usadas algunas se lavaron algunas no. El agua de botella nunca se rellenó, lo hicimos nosotros todos los días.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team via WhatsApp, and the hotel feels new with great amenities. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof. Because the room wasn’t fully sealed from the outside, the AC didn’t stay in well, making the room very hot during the day and not as cool as we would have liked at night. We also heard pigeons nesting above the roof throughout the night, which was tough. The food also felt a bit overpriced for what it was, though that may come with the territory of a boutique hotel. Overall, we would come back, but we would definitely avoid the top-floor suites next time.

I had such a beautiful experience staying at NOTTO Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Diego and Osvaldo went above and beyond to make sure everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. The room was extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Waking up and seeing the ocean from my room was honestly breathtaking and one of my favorite parts of the experience. There’s something so peaceful about seeing the sea first thing in the morning. I really appreciated how easy and relaxing my stay felt here. When I come back to Puerto Escondido, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

A beautiful boutique hotel, we particularly enjoyed the cafe attached to the hotel, great spot for brunch and hot or cold drinks

This was our first stay at Kymaia, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed us with such warmth and care, and the little touches—like refreshing popsicles on a hot day—immediately set the tone. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for truly unwinding. Our room was absolutely breathtaking—open, minimal, and thoughtfully designed with unique details throughout. It felt like a space intentionally created to help you disconnect from the outside world. The shower was spacious, with shutters you could open for an even more immersive experience, and the toilet featured a bidet, which was a nice added touch. The staff was exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was outstanding, with beautifully delicate and intentional flavors. The pool area was just as impressive—large, relaxing, and never overcrowded. They also offer a cold plunge, which we had never tried before, but it quickly became one of our favorite ways to cool off and reset in the heat. There were plenty of comfortable lounge options, including seating with stunning ocean views. The entire property has such an incredible vibe—peaceful, elevated, and effortlessly beautiful.
